QUESTIONNAIRE and CONSULTATION

On this site you will find a questionnaire with some pertinent data we will need to start the process. If you happen to be traveling this way, a one-on-one meeting would be ideal. Otherwise, we are open to all other forms of communication, and even though e-mail is the quickest - phone and fax work fine too.

TYPE OF CEREMONY

Spain is predominantly a Roman Catholic country and as such, only civil and Catholic weddings are valid under Spanish law, recognizable as well in the European Union and the United States. The legal process can take anywhere from 4 to 6 months, depending on the town hall involved, if it´s national/ regional/local fiesta season, if Spain has won the World Cup, and so on - so be prepared!

The type of ceremony you choose - civil or religious - will be a factor in the planning process. Once we know what you have in mind, we will be able to give you a better time frame. In any case we are happy to address any questions or concerns you have on this matter.

WHERE TO HAVE YOUR EVENT

Since there are numerous special places available for your event, with varying characteristics, locations, prices and menus, we will refine the search for you once we have received your questionnnaire filled out. From seaside to mountain valley, the Costa Tropical has so much to offer: from estate-like villas to paradors, from beachfront to mountain village - the selection is plentiful. We will guide and help you make a wise decision.

SELECTION OF VENDORS/SERVICE PROVIDERS

We are able to offer several experienced vendors/service providers who are known to provide excellent service and expertise (florists, caterers, cake specialists, photographers and videographers, wedding dress and groomswear designers, jewelers, hair and make-up specialists, musicians and/or DJs, room accommodations, transportation services). Once we know what your wishes are, we will request proposals from the most appropriate vendors or service providers to meet your requirements, make our recommendations to you (using our best negotiating skills to fulfill your requirements and budget), and you make the final choices.

MANAGING THE EVENT

In essence, we manage your wedding event by coordinating the various vendors, suppliers, locations, accommodations, travel connections and more. Erasing the language barrier is one of the most important aspects of our service And on your wedding day, you can be assured that even minor details will be attended to...even the unexpected! Our goal is to ensure that you, your family and guests are stress-free to enjoy your wedding experience.

HOW WE WORK

Step 1

After receipt of your completed questionnaire, we develop a preliminary working plan and cost proposal.

Step 2

Upon your signed approval and required deposit, we proceed to develop a more defined schedule, cost estimate and preliminary recommendations. We then help you complete the necessary paperwork that must be submitted - in Spanish - to the respective authorities. (This part of the process is the most important one because your final decisions need to be made in a timely manner so your schedule can best be met.)

Step 3

We implement your wishes and coordinate all the elements that lead to your wedding event. Again, this part of the process is critical for success so your communication with us regarding any changes, possible problems and so on can be handled immediately.

Step 4

You and your guests´arrival and the wedding day: in the flurry of activity - and nervous tension! - we´ll attend to the details while you try to relax and enjoy your family and friends.

Step 5

After the festivities comes the departure and tidying up....we´ll be there for that too. And as much as this had been a special event for you, we hope you will return to our coast when it´s time to celebrate your 1st anniversary. We´d love to have you back!
